This handsome, purebred Cocker Spaniel puppy is Prince. Prince is a 6 month old cocker spaniel. He is very sweet, very loving, playful and friendly. He has been diagnosed with epilepsy and will need to be on anti-seizure medication (potentially for life). He is doing great on this medicine, his seizures are well-controlled and he is available for adoption now. The adoption fee for this sweet little puppy is $250 and includes his neuter surgery, microchipping, first two DHLPP vaccinations, Rabies vaccination, deworming, 30 day flea and heartworm control and other medical care (including the veterinary testing that has already been completed to make the diagnosis that he has epilepsy and a 1 month supply of his anti-seizure medication, phenobarbital). More about PrinceGood with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Kids Special Needs: Prince has been diagnosed with epilepsy (it is a relatively common seizure disorder in purebred cocker spaniels). He is on phenobarbital to control his seizures and he is doing great. He may need to be on this medication for the rest of his life (he is great about taking it as a treat in a dog food meatball). This medication will cost approximately $15-$20 a month (about the same amount as monthly flea and heartworm prevention medication). |
