Just received an email from you which prompted me to reply, our family adopted "Luke" in October of last year and what a wonderful addition he has been to our family, although he now weighs more than 80lbs and is only 9 months old he is convinced that he is still a puppy lap dog a total lover of everything new. Thank you so much for being there for him and us.

Happy Birthday to Charlie! We got Charlie on July 31, 2010 when he was 6 mos. old. Today, 2/1/11 is his first birthday, and he is doing great! We love him so much! Thank you CASF!!!!!

Just wanted to give an update on Josephine (now Juno) adopted 1/09. We thought she might have been a Queensland heeler when she was a puppy but now we're pretty sure she's a Basenji mix. She's quite the handful, full of personality and energy, and loves her walks with her doggie friends. Great facility and I always recommend it! Thanks!

Thanks to CASF for all the great work you do! We have been blessed to have adopted 3 pups. Scully, Lori, and BC. They are now Rescue, Cassie, and Molly. Rescue is the man of the pack and he's such a great dog. He's loving, caring, and so smart. Cassie is the lil boss. Being the heeler, she runs the show, so to speak :) . Molly is the latest addition (about a year ago) and she's adjusting wonderfully. With the rough life she started with....she's now showered with love and play. Thank you again to everyone at CASF.

My family and I adopted Tink, now Mickey about two weeks ago. Shes GREAT and keeps my family smiling. We couldn't be happier. Everybody who meets her falls in love. Thanks CASF for caring for her. I'll keep you guys updated as she grows up. Hope the remaining of her brothers and sisters gets adopted soon.

Charlie has been in our family for about 2 weeks now, and we couldn't be happier. He is a beautiful little boy...happy & full of love. He keeps us smiling - he's such a nut! Thank you, CASF, and bless you!! We love our little Charlie! He's the best!

In April 2008 my wife and I had the pleasure of adopting Regina (Rottweiler / Shepherd / Mixed (short coat) who now goes by the name Lola. She is the best dog and a great friend. She had brothers and sisters by the names of Ralph, Ramona, Rhoda & Rudy. We would love to find out how they are doing. If you adopted one or more of them please contact me to share pics. We adopted our Olive dog about 3 weeks ago, Olive is doing great! We couldn't ask for a better dog. She has definatly found her spot as one in our family. The most dangerous part about her, is her happy waggin tail. She can sit, lie-down, and roll over! She loves going for walks and snuggling at night time. We decided to keep the name Olive because it fits her so well. My mother now love Olive more than us.
I believe that California Animal Shelter Freinds feed all there dogs big bags of love. Its quiet obivious that the people wo work at CASF take there jobs qiets seriously when they shed a tear when a dog finds a new home.
We thank you from form the bottom of out hearts!!

Our family adopted (Heath) we named him Duce, back in Oct 09. He has brought so much fun and laughter to everyone! I never knew he'd make such a difference in our family. Thanks CASF
